hustle culture

been a while… not getting into it, i been busy, busy hustling. all this hustle got me thinking, in a typical existential way, as we all know there's limited time. the most limited resource, yet we've managed to get fooled into believing the best way to spend it is making money so we can enjoy life to the fullest, at least i think that's the goal. in the chase of these pursuits to make life more enjoyable you wind up (potentially) ruining your life, lost in the sauce never to return. a mentor of mine would tell me life is about balance and i find him to be correct almost every day. can you fully enjoy life without coin or is it post capitalist nature to require capital to capitalize on the capabilities of the finer things. maybe a psyop we've naively been breed to believe. maybe hustle culture is toxic masculinity? i think in my experience its most toxic to the self. i catch the feeling i take every day for granted. this makes me hustle so hard i hardly have half a mind to enjoy said finer things because that requires finances i need for empire building to have said leisureful life. therefore making me take things for granted and unable to enjoy my life. idk, i figured id talk this rant into a circle, some sort of catch-22.

tldr; work life balance? ying yang
